Tiny Orchestral Moments Principles

  1. Inclusion - there are roles and space for all who aspire and commit to work.
  2. Continuous Performance - everything we do is a form of performance, whether we're aware of it, or not.
  3. Shared Practice - we share one primary commitment: engagement in ongoing personal and group practice.
  4. Shared Profit - each person leaves with more knowledge, skill, know-how, music, energy, money and/or love than when they arrived.
  5. Product Generation - our Work generates 'products' that may attract others to this community.
  6. Assume Flexibility - nothing is fixed, all is flexible; we operate from growth mindset.
  7. Qualitative Contribution - how much we deliver is less important than the quality of what we deliver.
  8. Continuous Education – we are all students, striving via our practice to transform our energies.
  9. Continuous Improvisation - we are open and listening to the needs of the moment.
  10. Continuous Significance – “the red light is always on”, we experience and capture moments as they fly by, as every tiny moment has potential to be significant.
